After being involved with the motor industry for over ten years, we've seen a lot of things we don't think are fair, for example over pricing; whether trying to "bamboozle" a customer through technical jargon misconstruing work that doesn't really need to be carried out, deliberate damage of components or "preying" on inexperienced drivers, let's just say we've seen a lot, and we don't think it's right or fair. That's why here at Beacon Auto Support we endeavour to be as honest and fair as possible, and we promise never to try and sell you something your car doesn't actually need. We believe that every customer deserves to be treated fairly and receive full transparency when it comes to details about the work being carried out, that's why we not only offer you the chance to view ANY components removed from your vehicle but we'll explain to you why that component has failed or is excessively worn etc. We also like to incorporate our technicians job cards into your invoice when we send them to you by email, that not only allows you to view your itemised invoice but keep track of how the technician has actually dealt you with your fault.
